Your order payment can be completed in British pounds, Euro’s, or US Dollars others will be converted at your banks prevailing exchange rate. Local import duty and taxes for the US and World Wide Destinations may also apply depending on the orders destination, these additional charges will be calculated and charged once the order reaches your country, Blueshire has no control over these charges, for which you will be responsible to pay. Blueshire uses Stripe as our primary credit/debit card payment house, but we do also accept Paypal.
Blueshire.com delivers your order FREE within the UK and almost anywhere in the world at competitive rates. If for any reason we have difficulty shipping to your delivery address we will inform you via email. Blueshire aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although please allow up to 4 days for out of stock items.
We will contact you via email if there is any delay on the expected delivery time, due to any stock shortages. Items which have been pre-ordered with an expected delivery date will be despatched as soon as the items become available, you will again be notified of any delay via email.
VAT at the prevailing rate is included in the selling price on all appropriate items.
If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Blueshire to request a returns.
Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear and hosiery returns unless the item is returned fully packaged and unworn. This is for hygiene reasons.

Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item. Blueshire can only accept a returned item which has been unworn, with all labels and cards intact within 28 days.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company. Any items which are faulty and covered by the manufacturers warranty should be returned for replacement. If you are unsure please email returns@blueshire.com Blueshire will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection. We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return.
If you accidently ordered the wrong item and wish to have an exchange, we will ask you to contribute towards the postage of the replacement item.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, email our customer services department, with your order number. If we have already shipped your order, you must return the items intact as detailed in our returns policy.
