In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business or different address, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the billing address during the order process.

Please make sure that the billing address remains the address that the payment card is registered to otherwise it may delay the order processing.

A copy of the invoice is enclosed in your parcel and will not be sent separately.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched. Standard Worldwide shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Standard and typically takes between 4 and 10 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

All items unworn/unused purchased at Blueshire.com (including sale items) can be returned within 28 days of dispatch (faulty or otherwise), for a full refund or exchange. Date of dispatch will be detailed in the Shipment Confirmation email sent to your nominated email address on dispatch. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession, therefore please take care when packaging the items for return.
