Mail Order

If you are having difficulties purchasing online or would prefer to order by phone please call our sales team on UK local rate number 01530 264835, or International +44 1530 264835, they will be happy to place your order for you.  Please have your delivery, and payment details ready along with details of the items you wish to order.

We accept a wide selection of major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron.  The main prices quoted on the site are in British pound sterling.  Your order payment can be completed in British pounds, Euro's, or US Dollars others will be converted at your banks prevailing exchange rate.  Local import duty and taxes for the US and World Wide Destinations may also apply depending on the orders destination, these additional charges will be calculated and charged once the order reaches your country, Blueshire has no control over these charges, for which you will be responsible to pay.  Blueshire uses WorldPay as our primary credit/debit card payment house, but we do also accept GBP cheques along with Paypal.


Blueshire.com delivers your order FREE within the UK and almost anywhere in the world at competitive rates.  If for any reason we have difficulty shipping to your delivery address we will inform you via email.  Blueshire aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although please allow up to 4 days for out of stock items.

We will contact you via email if there is any delay on the expected delivery time, due to any stock shortages. Items which have been pre-ordered with an expected delivery date will be despatched as soon as the items become available, you will again be notified of any delay via email.


VAT at the prevailing rate is included in the selling price on all appropriate items.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Blueshire to request a returns.

Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear and hosiery returns unless the item is returned fully packaged and unworn.  This is for hygiene reasons.

Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item.  Blueshire can only accept a returned item which has been unworn, with all labels and cards intact within 28 days.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company.  Any items which are faulty and covered by the manufacturers warranty should be returned for replacement.  If you are unsure please email [email protected] Blueshire will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection.  We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return.

If you accidently ordered the wrong item and wish to have an exchange, we will ask you to contribute towards the postage of the replacement item.

Order Cancellation

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either email our customer services department, with your order number or telephone the customer services department on UK local rate 01530 264835, or International +44 1530 264835.  If we have already shipped your order, you must return the items intact as detailed in our returns policy.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The personal information we receive from customers during the order process will never be passed onto any 3rd party without asking the customer first.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do collate statistics about site traffic, and sales patterns using the information captured, which we may from time to time disclose with other organisations. However this does not include any information personally identifying a single or group of customers.

If we should need to change our policy on information disclosure to any 3rd party we will inform you via email prior to the change. We follow strict security guidelines to prevent unauthorised access to our information storage as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation.

Complaints Procedure

Blueshire welcomes any comments about our site and service, good or bad. The site's success relies on you telling us how to improve the service for your benefit. We aim to deal with any complaints quickly and fairly, if you have any reason to complain, or would like to make a constructive comment or criticism then please email customer services at [email protected]  Blueshire will aim to respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome, please contact us again, and a customer services manager will respond within 24 hours of receipt.
